Facilities Management Service Desk
Welcome to our Service Desk
Service Desk is
a web-enabled interface that provides a user-friendly web forum to submit,
query, and report on work requests. Requesters can be kept informed via
e-mail or can query the status of their request or work order throughout the
entire process.
To submit a Work
Request (including move request, special events, name plates, temporary
signage, and banners on campus):

Click on Work
Request on the left side menu under Submit Request

Fill in all
required fields in red
·
Submit
To submit a Key
Request:
·
Click on Key
Request on the left side menu under Submit Request
·
Fill in all
required fields in red
·
You will receive
an email your key is ready for pick up
·
Bring photo ID
to pick up your key

If you need a
Master or Grand Master key, fill
out and submit this
form.

To submit a
Project Request (including space requests and permanent signage for
departments):

Click on Project
Request on the left side menu under Submit Request
·
Fill in all
required fields in red, including type
·
Select the
Department as mapped to the VP/Dean of your organization. (See Org Charts on
www.twu.edu
if you need more information to locate that department name.)
Project requests
are made on behalf of the department head or chair and should not be entered
without their prior authorization.
